Death held such anger in his eyes, "I see. I will be back. Stay here and I shall take care of this." He stormed into the room. Throwing the doors opened just as Life was about to kiss her. Life parted from La Tramoggia and smirked at him, "Hey brother. How's everything?" "You dare to upset my daughter! To come into my home and claim yourself here as more important than me?!" Life rolled his eyes, "When are you ever going to take a chill pill?" Death raised his hands at Life and threw his power at him. Life became a white chicken which was trapped in a cage that Death was holding, "I may not be able to kill you but I can give you a well deserved time out. It is only fitting for a child like yourself." He glared at La Tramoggia, "And while you cannot be harmed either, do not forget that my powers can do so much more to you. I can make you suffer without needing to harm you." Gabriel chuckled, "Looks like you're not the queen here missy." --- Raven smiled, "You did. It's still a bit messy but unfortunately this magic is different here. I guess we'll have a mess to clean up after we take over the world. Once that's done, I am still interested in what you told me about. You said it was video games?"
-
Death smiled at David's story. He was about to reply when his eyes suddenly widened. He stood up, "Lily!" He appeared in the hall. At the sight of her in distress, he held her hands. "Lily, look at me." He cupped her cheek and stared back at her. "It is alright. Everything will be alright. You must take a deep breath. Watch as I do it, ok?" He began to take slow deep breathes. Once she would follow along and soon calm down, he would hold her close. "Please tell me what has troubled you, my child." Life smirked at her, "Never had a partner but I wouldn't mind if you were the one." --- Raven said, "Ok. Just imagine the power flowing through you. Imagine it coming to your arms as you think of what you want to destroy. Once you feel it in your hands, aim at the object and summon your power to it."
-
Death replied, "She is not of my blood. However, she holds similar abilities such as I. I had to take her under my wing. Especially after the pain that I caused her." Life laughed, "Maybe there's some hope for her after all!" Gabriel came back and set the drinks on the pool table. Never saying a word but only glaring. --- The boy, Raven, was looking over his dead lover's body which was on the couch. He turned to the student he had taken in, "How are your powers coming along? I know we've been practicing but I was hoping we could kill everyone soon. For what they've done."
-
"Indeed I did. Though my brother was not too composed for mine. He's always one for pranks. It is a nuisance." ,said Death. Life nonchalantly waved his hand, "I think my brother has finally turned her into a little version of him." Gabriel snapped the stick in half. He stormed over to La Tramoggia, "I don't know who you are but both you and Life can go get your own drinks." Life waved his finger, "Not polite Gabbie. You're supposed to protect me, remember? So be a good angel and get us some drinks." Gabriel reluctantly walked over to the bar. --- Nate got into the bed as he wrapped his arms around Tom, "Of course." He kissed his head. "I'll never leave." --- Ash appeared, "I still have a few more buildings to restore." "Well, that can wait. We need you to let this-" ,said Hades before she was interrupted by Ash's sinister smile and devilish antlers that grew. Charles snapped his fingers. Taking Ash out of his thoughts. "He is not here as a victim. He is an ally. I told to keep him safe. Attempt to do anything and it will be Oblivion for you." Ash reluctantly nodded, "Of course your highness." Hades awkwardly looked between them, "Anyways we need you to tell Teddy where the boy is so Amelia can get into contact him." "As you wish." Ash transferred his visual of the boy to Theodore.
-
Death smirked, "I see your attempt at conversation. I shall humor you. The ceremony is important. It has be eons since a moment like this has ever happened. I daresay, I do not miss Life's ceremony." Life hugged La Tramoggia, "It's good to see a potential friend!" He wrapped an arm around Lily, "Oh you poor thing. I'm your uncle but I'm also far better than your father." Gabriel hit the end of the pool stick on the floor, "That's enough!" --- Nate appeared in their room, "You have nothing to be sorry for." He placed him on the bed. "I have my own mistakes too but everything will be alright." --- Charles said, "Rest assured. We will keep him intact." Hades held up a peace sign, "The vibes are all good here." Charles raised a brow. Confused by her statement. Meanwhile, Ash would be rebuilding the Library aside from other structures.
-
Death said, "Thank you." He turned to David when he heard him sigh, "Something on your mind?" Life and Gabriel were playing pool together. Life was about to hit another ball when he caught a glimpse of the three. He smirked, "Well look at what the cat dragged in. Let me guess. You found a way to make my annoying brother bow to you?" He nodded at Lily, "And you must be his adopted daughter. Can't believe he would even adopt any kid. He's always cynical. Wearing all that black and talking about decay." He rolled his eyes, "It's a wonder if he ever got any friends." Gabriel raised a brow at Life but didn't say anything. --- The boxer nodded. Despite the tears in his eyes, his spirit glowed as he disappeared. Nate held a small smile, "I think it's time we get back to the hotel. Get some rest maybe?" --- Ash nodded, "Understood." Hades pushed her own hair back as she thought about what Amelia said. Charles spoke, "I'm sure he won't have a problem with giving it to us. This isn't exactly a normal situation."
-
Death nodded, "Of course." He sat in his throne and felt like he was screaming on the inside. He wanted to cry out. To let it all out. Yet, he knew that there were people present. He knew as Death that he needed to be composed. Death turned to a passing reaper, "Is there anything I should be concerned about?" --- "I-I don't know but we'll figure this out." ,said Nate. The boxer suddenly sobbed, "You should have never come! I make everything so much worse!" Nate picked up Tom. Holding him in his arms like a bride. He frowned, "C'mon man. You didn't do anything wrong. You were just distraught." --- Ash shook his head, "I can only see the boy. I am unable to hear anything." His eyes glimmered for a moment. He quickly hid it and said, "The boy also has the body of a boy. It would appear that he is treating it with great care." He wouldn't say it but seeing the scene before him reminded him of the day he lost his wife. Hades covered her mouth as tears streamed down her cheeks. Remembering what she had done. She started to shake, "I didn't mean to! I thought it was going to be another Wraith just like the first portal! I just wish I could take it all back...." Charles placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. Hades suddenly pressed herself against his chest. He awkwardly hugged her. Not expecting her to react that way. His eyes turned to Amelia as if he was telling her he didn't know what else to do.

"My only task at hand is to talk to the boy once he is located." Death loomed over him. Making sure he understood his status. "I will not leave this kingdom unless connection with the boy is possible." Death turned to Azrael, "We will find a way to break this curse. I will get a few of my men to research this curse." Despite his calm demeanor, his eyes showed great concern. He only wished he could hold Azrael close and let him know that everything will be alright. --- Nate knelt down and placed his hands on his shoulders. His wings surrounding him. "Listen Tom. You have to stay calm. You know he didn't mean it. He's just mad at himself." The boxer's eyes widened when he saw the scene. The red color surrounding him had died down. He stood up and walked over, "Monsieur my apologies. I didn't mean to. I am a fool. Please do not waste your anger on me." --- Ash growled but once Charles snapped his fingers, he stopped. Ash nodded before closing his eyes. "I see him in a house that has taken as his own after killing a couple. It seems he has another boy with him. One that is alive and is from this world. The green eyed boy is teaching the other about his magic. I can imagine us there now and we can capture him." Hades raised her hands, "Whoa whoa! We can't just go in there and talk to him like he's some lost kid. This guy is tough. Ash is right when it comes to his powers. Shouldn't we have a shield or something? Just in case?"
-
Death spoke, "Do respect my new left hand. We must have stable relations." He snapped his fingers, "You there! Reaper, you are to give her a tour. Under no circumstances are you to harm her. If I see a mark on Azrael, I will know that you disobeyed. Am I clear?" --- The boxer punched him but cried out afterwards. Clutching his stomach where some of the punches had been received when he was fighting. Nate immediately threw himself between them and raised his weapon. The boxer's spirit began to glow red as he became more angry. Nate sighed, "Why can't you understand that she's waiting for you in Heaven? You can still box too. What is still keeping you here?" "I failed her. I was supposed to win that match in front of her very eyes. Yet, I failed." --- Ash grit his teeth, "You think I know anything about him?! All I know is that his power is something that I have never felt before. Somehow, I am able to see his face. Yet, he cannot tell that I am watching. It appears he does not understand the power in this world as much as most might think. He is confused and bewildered. If we knew where he was, this would be the perfect moment to strike! To gut him like a fish!"
-
Death took her hand, "I had not thought of the idea of tricking you nor putting you in a cell. I fear for your safety as it means the safety of my right hand. Therefore, you shall service me with your abilities. In return, as I said, you will be protected." They appeared in the throne room. Death's eyes glowed as his voice echoed towards the Reapers, "Do not harm La Tramoggia! She is now an ally! A left hand for my duties! Anyone who disobeys shall be punished!" --- The boxer spoke, "January 23, 1965. That's the day for the fight!" When Tom would show him the newspaper, he would shake his head, "Lies! A trick! My beloved is still here!" --- Ash froze when he heard her. He began to shake but did his best to suppress it. Hades said, "Cold for you?" Ash glared at them, "I rather be cast into Oblivion than fight that child! I have power but he is far different than what you or I am!" Charles spoke, "You won't be the only one looking for him. We have plenty of people to help out." "Then you will bring them to their doom!"
-
(yes please. Thank you. I don't think I can try to create a fictional game time XD) Death let her go. He clenched his fists but held back his tears. Taking a deep breath, he held out a hand. "La Tramoggia, I offer you a place in my kingdom where you shall be protected. On my orders, the Reapers are to protect you now. You shall be a trusted ally for the realm of the dead. Though you may the freedom of coming and going, I shall like you to be my eyes and ears of the living. So that I may know what is afoot against the realm of the dead. I can offer you a home and respect. Many reapers will see you as my left hand. Azrael is already my right hand. However, you may be my left. Another important job for the sake of helping the kingdom. This offer is merely a suggestion. I do understand that you seem to protect yourself well enough. Do keep this idea in mind should you decide to see me." --- The boxer said in French, "My fight! It was my last fight! I was going to win! Now, everyone is gone! Where have they all run off to?" Nate frowned, "I'm sorry sir but the people you saw that day are all dead. They've all passed. You're the only one left." The boxer dropped to his knees, "No! My wife! She was watching! I was going to win!" "Actually, you were losing. Your wife was frightened for you. She saw your opponent hit you so hard that you passed away." The boxer shouted, "It is not true! You are a twisted man!" --- Charles spoke, "That is the idea. However, I also want you to help the other creatures. This isn't about Hell. It's about all the realms." Ash placed his hands behind his back and nodded. A habitat that he picked up from living in a less modern era, "Tell me where my power will lie." "Create new cells for Hell." Ash raised his hands. Suddenly, thousand of cells were created out of the old metal which was infused with flesh and bone. Soon, the cells were all metal but had power to keep any prisoner from escaping in any way possible. Hades whistled, "Whoa!"

she looks amazing!

"So it's like a game of cat and mouse? You have to pick the enemies one by one before they all start crumbling to your power." ,said James. --- Death had done his best to compose himself after enduring the pain that La Tramoggia inflicted on him. His eyes widened when he heard her as she stepped inside. "What curse?" He wrapped a hand around her throat and slammed her against the wall, "What have you done to my beloved?!" --- "What? No, I didn't mean that. I just don't know if I should be doing this either. I mean the Reapers are the ones in charge of this mopey stuff. Not me." ,said Nate. Just as they were debating on whether or not they should continue doing this, loud echoed sobbing came from an old abandoned gym. If they were to look inside, they would find a severely beaten boxer with a pair of boxing gloves on his hands. The boxer appeared to be malnourished as if he had seemingly starved himself so that he would be in the right weight. He was mumbling but it was audibly French. He kept pacing back and forth. Not even seeing or focusing on the two. --- Charles took lifted his shoe from him. Ash stood up slowly to show he wasn't planning on anything. He dusted himself off and did a bow, "I understand, your majesties." Charles smiled a little. He couldn't help but enjoy this Devil listen to his orders. Hades looked at her claws, "Now, that we've got that out of the way. We need you to help out with rebuilding Hell. Some of the buildings and cells have been broken. At least, I assume that's what we're asking him to do?" She turned to the royal couple.

James said, "I have enough training to know the strategies of war but I have never played this game. It seems like it's similar so I think I'll have an easy time with it." He sat down and took his drink. "But I mean that look. For some reason, she wouldn't stop staring at me. Her eyes kept shining against the lights of the hospital. Her eyes were moving to my chest, I think. I didn't understand what she was looking for her." It looked as though he couldn't figure out that May was checking him out. --- Death suddenly glared at David, "Do not question me ever again." He turned back to Azrael with a more calmer tone. Showing clearly that he enjoyed his company, "Let us do this together. Be on your guard. I shall grab The Hopper and pull her out of the patient's body." Once he disappeared, he knew David and Azrael would follow. Death immediately grabbed the patient in the bed. His eyes glowed, "Being of Immortal Chaos, I cast you out of her!" He pulled The Hopper and slammed her to the floor. "Azrael! Bind her to the shackles of decay!" --- The young man was happy to feel human contact one last time before his spirit suddenly ascended into the glowing light of the sky. Nate looked up, "Wow! You're getting better at this." He frowned, "But you can't keep doing this forever. Do you know how many lost spirits there are? I can only Death has his Reapers taken care of this. I might need to give him a message about this problem." --- "It is as I said. I care about power. Whatever you may be thinking of is weakness! Love and kindness? Family? Nonsense! It is all a sign of weakness!" ,said the Ancient Devil. Charles's eyes glowed as he unlocked the cell door and threw the Ancient Devil to the ground. He stepped on his neck, "It does not matter what you want because you will fear me and you will know that disobeying my orders will only make you suffer. I tried to be patient with you but now, I just want you to follow my rules. I will release the angelic wristband so that you may use your powers to help us." He snapped his fingers as the fire of Hell burned the wristband up. "Now, what is your name?" The Ancient Devil glared but said, "Astaroth! I was a royal in Hell! I had ruled my own part of Hell! I was a leader to my minions! And now, I have nothing!" Charles smirked, "Welcome to the club. You're not the only one who's pissed at us. But for easy sakes, I'll call you Ash." Hades knelt down and booped Ash's nose. Ash raised a brow, "What was that?" She smiled, "You look like Rudolph if he was a devil." Ash flustered, "Do not call me that! I have lived for a millennia!" "And you still have that great big shiny nose." Ash growled.
-
James went back in and quickly changed before stepping out, "What was that look you made by the way? She made the same look when she looked at me." --- Death stood from his throne. He stared down at David, "Azrael is right. I have waited long enough. I must see to this." He turned to Azrael, "Let the Reapers save the lost souls. It is our duty as those who serve the dead." He stepped down from the small staircase leading to his throne. "You accompany me Azrael in our pursuit of this nuisance." --- The young man thought for a moment before lowering his bat. Nate hesitantly lowered his weapon. The young man reached out to Tom with his hand wanting his, "Thank you." --- The Ancient Devil chuckled, "Kin means nothing to me!" Charles growled, "She is the Queen! Surely, you can see how stronger she is? Considering that you are locked up here." "What is the meaning of this? Surely, you jest at the idea of me turning into a goodie good! I have heard rumors of such a program. I never thought I would see this though." Charles let out a frustrated sigh, "Being good would mean you would be free. Don't you get it? I can take off the wristband and let you have your powers back. We would still monitor you. Your powers though are what we need to help our people." The Ancient Devil slammed his fists against the bars, "What good would it do me to be free if I cannot take power?!" Hades rolled her eyes, "Geez! And I thought my dad was the original asshole."
-
oh ok. but you should do it anyways. I'd still like to see it.

no

James hesitantly stepped out of the bedroom. Anxious about what Damien had to say. Funny enough, James didn't seem to notice that his muscles were practically bulging out of that shirt. --- Death spoke, "The situation is more dire than what was expected. David here will be another guard for me while Gabriel will guard Life. I'm sure the two of you here can find some common ground considering your roles in relation to death and the lost." --- The young man glared, "Why should I? So you can trick me too? Just like that punk did!" Nate frowned, "A young man around your age challenged you to a race but didn't want to lose. So he cut your brakes before the race even started. When you were hitting full speed, you couldn't stop and crashed into a fence. Falling from a great height until the car finally hit the ground and lit on fire. Right there, you were burned alive. Feeling every bit of pain inside your body. That's why you feel like you can't trust anyone. Because of what happened." The young man turned his head like a curious dog, "How do you know that?" "Because I am an Angel. I can read through minds in some sense. At least, I can see your memories. Not all of them but just the ones that are important." The young man smirked, "So what? You've got a few tricks up your sleeves but I don't care. I want to destroy everything!" He swung the bat again but was pushed back by Nate. He caught himself before he could have fallen. --- "Not to worry. We can rebuild them. In fact, that's why I was able to lock this Ancient Devil away." ,said Charles. He guided them all to the remaining cell that was standing. The Devil growled and attempted to grab anyone. Charles spoke, "I am the King of Hell. You will respect me. I have a mission for you to do. You are to help us aid in this crisis. However, if you choose to disobey, there will be consequences." The Devil cackled, "And why would I want to do your bidding?"
-
James called out, "I think so? I'm not a fashionable person." He had picked out a pair of a grey t-shirt and some black jeans. --- Life snickered, "Super official alright." Death glared at him. Making Life become silent. Death turned back to David, "I welcome you to my kingdom. Now, let us be off. I have much to do for my daughter." Once everyone appeared in Death's throne room, he sat on the throne. "Gabriel, you will be keeping an eye on Life in case he attempts anything. My reapers will always be on their guard should something happen." He snapped his fingers and a reaper walked over, "Escort these two to a room where Life can settle down and rest." Life smirked, "Guess I underestimated you." Death didn't respond. Instead he looked at David, "If it's not too much to ask, would you mind staying for the ceremony? I am to crown my daughter as princess." --- Nate nodded. He stepped forward, "Hello! I can see you've got a lot on your plate. Maybe we could talk about what's been hurting you?" The young man only looked at him before swinging the bat. Nate's weapon appeared and blocked the attack. "Look, I'm not here to fight you. I'm here to talk. Why are you hurting these people?" The young man merely stood there. He soon said, "Get out of my way."
-
James raised a brow, "Are you sure? I could clean everything." Once again, his training was getting the better of him as much as he tried to be a regular person. --- "Well, as a Hellhound, I think I'd like to take a look at what Hell has to offer." Hades stood next to Charles and Amelia, "And I heard this Ancient Devil sounds like a tricky challenge." --- Gabriel walked over to Life and Death, "Never thought you'd have me as a guardian huh?" He winked. Death spoke, "Enough of that. You may be protection but I care not for your childish behavior." Life shrugged, "Death's alright. He just needs to loosen up." Gabriel headed out of the meeting room, "David should be over here. We'll get to your kingdom in no time, Death." --- Nate sighed but smiled, "Ok. But if anything should happen, I'll always protect you." He held his hand. They appeared at a street. There was a young man wearing a baseball jacket, white shirt, and jeans. The right side of his face had been torn and shredded from a car accident that had killed him all those years ago. He was holding a bat and swinging it at anyone who got close enough to him. All he could think after his death was anger.
-
James blushed. He attempted to copy Damien's laugh but it only sounded robotic. He cleared his throat, "Guess I still need to work on everything. And I guess I didn't think about that either. I just hope they didn't take away my sex drive. I don't think it's gone." --- Hades giggled when David poked her nose. She held a determined look when he spoke though. "Are you kidding me?! Dad, this is bigger than all of us! I want to help in any way I can." Charles sighed and mumbled, "Hope our child doesn't have this attitude soon." Hades rolled her eyes and crossed her arms, "You know I may not be royalty but I can still fight." Her hair fell over her eyes. Trying her best to hide the worry she had if her friends were to see her like this. --- Gabriel's eyes widened, "I've been elected as a representative of Heaven in all of this?! Were you also smoking when you thought of this?" Death spoke, "The boy needs someone who can understand him. None of you-" Life interrupted, "Don't you get it?! Our status means nothing in comparison to the council. I know you want to save him but he will be fine. There's plenty of Demons and Angels out there who probably feel the same way you do. Besides, killing him might be a terrible mistake like Raguel said." He stood up. "Now, I would like to go and rest." --- Nate lowered him to the ground gently. "I think the earthquake might have caused some restless spirits to finally take a chance at being seen. I can tell there's someone nearby. A spirit that's hurting too. You don't have to be a part of this but I'm going to talk to them."
-
"Uh Well I asked her out for coffee. I didn't really know what to ask." ,said James. He thought over what Damien said, "And I don't know too much about hobbies. I can ask her what you told me but I've never been fully relaxed before." --- Hades nearly burst into tears. She wrapped her arms around him, "You're back!" Charles chuckled, "Give him some room. I know we're all excited but he still needs some air." She took a step back and awkwardly pushed her hair back, "Oh right." Charles took a bottle of aspirin from a table and handed it to David as a glass of water appeared in his hand. "So, how are you feeling? You know who I am?" --- Gabriel sat next to him, "Well look at you! Looks like you've gotten an emo phase since our last conversation. Which means this mission must be really stressful for you. And when did you become a drinker?" --- Nate held on to the kiss too. Yet, when their lips parted, he couldn't help but have his mind on the spirit he sensed. Tom would be able to read this on his face. That something was bugging his mind. --- "Then I'll be honored to show you the ropes." ,said Adam. He kissed and nibbled at her neck as he slipped his hand under her blouse.
